We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design and execute automated testing processes that ensure our applications meet quality standards and user expectations. In this role, you will develop and maintain automated test scripts, validate functionality across environments, and conduct regression and performance testing. You will collaborate closely with the development team to automate testing for new features and enhancements, integrate automated tests into continuous delivery pipelines, and verify usability, functionality, and compliance prior to release, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency throughout the production lifecycle. Key responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automated testing plans for applications and services using Selenium WebDriver. Create and maintain automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability across multiple environments. Identify procedures and scenarios for automated quality control of products and services. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and inform the development team of defects and errors. Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from automation runs to the development team. Ensure that the final product satisfies product requirements and meets end-user expectations through automated regression and functional testing.Identify areas for improvement to enhance automation efficiency and product quality. Participate in SCRUM meetings, sharing feedback from automated test cases with the development team. Contribute to systems integration testing, ensuring new functionality does not negatively impact existing features. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and deployment. Must haves 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Automation Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver and frameworks such as TestNG or Junit . Proficient in C# for automation scripting in backend and integration testing , including SQL queries and testing C# applications, web services, XML, and APIs . Skilled in designing complex edge and corner cases for robust test coverage. Ability to build and maintain reusable automated test cases and frameworks . Solid understanding of system functionality, accuracy, and compliance testing. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple automation projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates a high standard of ethics and teamwork when collaborating with management, peers, and stakeholders. Nice to Haves Insurance background. Additional languages for test automation (Java, Python) Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment. Experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
