As an Appian Associate Consultant, you’ll build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers’ business strategies. You are an expert on our software; from implementing the first business process management application to scaling the program across the enterprise, you will bring our low-code platform to life. To be successful in this role, you need to: Leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration Have the skills and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software Analyze a client’s business strategy and processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business goals Apply design thinking for prototypes and model business processes Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Have a solid foundation of, or passion for, technology Preferred experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and cloud technologies Basic Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent Business proficiency in English Willingness to travel; 20% to support customer engagement Tools and Resources Training and Development: onboarding and department-specific training with mentorship and programs such as First-Friend Growth Opportunities: leadership program for new and aspiring managers, Appian University training, skills-based training, and tuition reimbursement Community: inclusive culture with employee-led affinity groups that foster networking and engagement About Appian Appian is a software company that automates business processes.
