We are seeking a dynamic and skilled TikTok Livestreaming Operator to join our team. Thisindividual will play a critical role in producing engaging and high-quality livestream content, ensuringseamless operations, and driving audience engagement. If you're passionate about TikTok culture,live production, and data-driven performance, we’d love to hear from you**Responsibilities**:- Set-Up & Management: Efficiently set up and dismantle livestream sets while ensuring visualappeal and functional excellence.- Technical Operations: Operate and troubleshoot livestream equipment, including cameras,lighting, microphones, and streaming interfaces.- Data Monitoring: Analyze backend stream data (e.g., conversion rates, viewer behavior,engagement metrics) to optimize current and future livestream performances.- Host Support: Assist hosts during livestreams by providing real-time updates, managingconversation flow, and stepping on camera when needed.- Audience Engagement: Manage the comment section, utilizing TikTok-native language, crowdprompts, and chat control tactics to maintain audience interest and interaction.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand teams, creators, and internal experts todeliver smooth and successful livestream events.**Qualifications**:- Livestream Production Experience: Prior experience in livestream production, studio operations,or digital content creation (TikTok-specific experience is a bonus).- Technical Skills: Proficiency with video/audio production equipment and livestream softwareplatforms.- OBS Expertise: Strong experience using OBS Studio, with the ability to independently createrequired livestream assets such as animations and graphic materials.- Adaptability: Comfortable working in high-energy, fast-paced live environments where flexibilityand quick thinking are key.- TikTok Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and live audience behavior onthe platform.- Camera Confidence: Articulate and confident, with the ability to step on camera as needed.- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and continuousimprovement.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 11300, Verónica Anzures, CDMX
