**Vacante para la empresa GS HEADHUNTER LATAM en Polanco - Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:**Position Summary**:Responsible for resolving support ticket, and deliver IT projects and tasks.**PLEASE NOTE - This is an hybrid role (3 days onsite) based out of Mexico.**What you can expect:- Understand and support retail business processes and functionality focused but not limited to front- Participate in and contribute to US and international IT related Retail projects- Integrate and implement new processes and solutions into existing system landscape- Support formal testing conducted by the business for system modifications and fixes- Manage and monitor system communication (interfaces)- Create/edit training documentation using a variety of media**Your profile**:- 5 years’ experience in similar roles- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university- Able to interface with internal customer and IT Management to communicate complex ideas clearly- Proficiency in SAP AFS modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and support- Understanding of integration points between SAP Retail, SAP CAR, SAP AFS, and other enterprise systems- Create/edit training documentation using a variety of media- Able to occasionally travel internationally - valid passport required.- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; ability to prioritize and manage commitments and adjust to changing priorities- Analytical, independent, structured, and careful work attitude, as well as organizational talent and assertiveness- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English- Speaking other languages like German, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.- Able to lift 50lbs**Your benefits**:Salary gross: $60,000 to $65,000 monthly.Robust compensation package above the legal requirements.Flexible office hours.Birthday offExclusive employee discountsComprehensive wellness programs to promote health & well-being.Continuous developmentLife and career plan**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Comercio al por menor / Minorista o Retail**Habilidades**:- SAP AFS- SAP Retail- SAP CAR- IT Management
