GP Strategies has delivered our innovative consulting, learning services, and talent technology solutions to over 6,000 organizations globally._**Job Summary**We're in search for a **Project Manager**.**Main Responsibilities**:- Oversee projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.- Manage work back schedules, resolve issues, and escalate risks appropriately.- Collaborate effectively with project teams, leading meetings and engaging stakeholders.- Navigate change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.- Create and manage Azure DevOps related to skilling plans- Liaison with the publishing team in support of skilling plan changes- Work in line of business tool (CtRM) to enter skilling plan changes and pull reports- Assist in mapping content from content catalog to discipline skills/capabilities (likely in spreadsheets)- Ad-hoc support related to updating and maintaining skilling plans, pulling skilling plan-related data and reports, and FY25 skilling planning**Requirements**:- Proven Project Manager with a successful track record.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to lead and motivate teams.- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.- PMP or similar certification is a plus.- Azure DevOps knwledge- English - advanced/fluent.- With more than 4000 employees in over 30 countries, diversity at GP Strategies is second nature Beyond our locations, our culture focuses on performance and revolves around respect, fairness, and working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
