Make It With Pride.**As a member of the RDQ team, you are recognized internally as the operational expert in key process unit operations. You lead in the execution of experiments and trials that are required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation/growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies.**How you will contribute**You will be responsible for the seamless implementation of process trials in pilot plant, factories and with suppliers, offering your operational expertise in specific process unit operations for the total category. In addition, you will help plan for the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. Good analytical and writing skills are important in this role because you will create technical reports that require the analysis and interpretation of results leading to conclusions and recommendations. Also is responsible of all activities related to business continuity plan and productivity.Additional responsibilities related to Pure Refreshment Platform for sugar free gum in LATAM are:1. Shelf life evaluations2. Create RMAT, FORM and FP Meridian Specifications3. Continuous Improvement of the product related to quality.4.
