This is the second level and last level of this program. This job exists to correctly classify employees that are part of a specific developmental program and is not be used without prior approval of the Cement Regional Manager or the Area Cement PSL Manager. Employee will become knowledgeable of Halliburton Management System (HMS), Halliburton and Customer Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Standards and work methods and guidelines for personnel. In this job level you are responsible for promoting safety awareness in mobilization of crews as well as all aspects of location operations. Actively promotes and uses our tools related to safe working such as Job Safety Analysis, Behavior Based and Hazard Observation Programs. Utilizes the competency processes to enhance employee skill development and job performance enabling the potential for reducing the cost of poor quality. Coordinates the activities of the service operators during the equipment rig up and rig down on a well location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job. Has responsibility for all components of equipment operations in accordance with job design. Responsible for equipment repair and chemical inventory compliance to provide an efficient operation to positively impact the profitability of the operational area. Coordinates the clean up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. Promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite and ensures customer satisfaction with the work performed. Plans and performs necessary calculations for the fluids management at the well site as needed. Proper license may be required to drive light duty vehicles with trailers. Job role requires completion of competencies generally aligned with the development of a Service Supervisor. In lieu of military experience, associate or undergraduate degree requirement, some additional skills may be acquired with Cement field operations experience.**Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
