To be the most sustainable and just technology company._Join our HP, Inc. team as an HR Automation Developer and be a part of a growing team focused on delivering innovative solutions for the People Organization.**Summary****Key Skills**- Skilled in designing, developing, and implementing customized workflow automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate (Flow), and/or related RPA automation platforms.- Partners and consults with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize HR processes suitable for automation.- Prepares and facilitates process design sessions related to robotics process, validates rules and reports, captures business process requirements and design.- Continuously monitors and evaluates the performance of deployed RPA bots, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.- Conducts testing of solution/workflows on leading platforms, as well as conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure error-free automation and optimal performance.- Provides demos, training, and guidance to end-users on how to use and interact with solutions effectively.- Creates detailed technical documentation, including process documentation, design specifications, security documentation and user guides for solutions.- Continuously researches and stays abreast of automation trends, best practices, and market solutions.- Manages to project timelines; assesses risks and change controls, and clearly communicates status updates and delays during the execution of solutions.**Education**- Degree and/or equivalent experience in technology or related IT field.**Professional Attributes**- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and methodologies.- Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.- Anticipates (and evaluates) upstream and downstream impacts.- Passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation in HR.**Knowledge & Skills**- Artificial Intelligence- Automation- Big Data- Machine & Deep Learning- Microsoft Azure- Power Automate- UI Path- Natural Language Processing**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**About HP**You’re out to reimagine and reinvent what’s possible—in your career as well as the world around you.
