En **GrupoBD** nos complacemos en anunciar una vacante para el puesto de **Compliance Manager**.Nos entusiasma la oportunidad de incorporar a un profesional experimentado y apasionado que nos ayude a fortalecer nuestro compromiso con el cumplimiento normativo y la prevención de riesgos.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Derecho, Administración de Empresas u otra carrera afín.- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en un rol similar, preferiblemente en la industria hotelera.- Residencia o disponibilidad para radicar en Cancún, Quintana Roo.- Dominio Avanzando de Inglés (B2+)- Certificación Internacional como Compliance Officer (IOC) (Deseable)- Sólidos conocimientos en prevención de riesgos, canales de denuncia y cumplimiento normativo.- Capacidad demostrada para desarrollar, implementar y monitorear programas de cumplimiento.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.- Alto nível de integridad y ética profesional.- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y multicultural.**Responsabilidades**:- Desarrollar, implementar y monitorear programas de cumplimiento normativo.- Asesorar a la dirección y al personal sobre cuestiones de cumplimiento.- Garantizar la implementación y el funcionamiento eficaz de los canales de denuncia.- Identificar y evaluar los riesgos potenciales y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.- Proporcionar formación y asesoramiento sobre cuestiones de cumplimiento.- Realizar investigaciones y reportar cualquier incumplimiento.
