Are you brave enough to start your next career journey?Play your part in our team success:As Global Job Trainer you have the responsibility of preparing, training, and sharing best practice with Local Job Trainers and vendors globally and locally. This includes developing and aligning global standards across all sites being active in building up training competencies and implementing standards through the Global Job Trainer network.Core Responsibilities:- Participation in global and local forums for the implementation of new platforms and equipment.- Prepare and train local trainers, using defined training methods, material, and documentation, with an emphasis on safety and quality.- Create and review the work material in collaboration with the global and local team to guarantee the quality and standardization of the process.- Inform the operational areas about the changes and updates in the processes, ensuring the standard execution of the tasks.Do you have what it takes?- Minimum 5 verifiable years as a Plastic Injection Technician, knowledge of Peripheral Equipment and 3-Axis Robots, Analysis, and solution of problems in the injection process.- Desirable: Work Team Training. Technical career finished in Plastic Injection.- Skills/Knowledge: Office (intermediate) and advanced English.
