Job Summary As part of our Future Talent Program – Technical Track, an 18‑month journey designed to empower you to reach your potential while making an impact, you will be a valued team member with a development plan tailored specifically to your role. You will have the freedom to use your expertise and deliver world‑class services and solutions that make a real difference. The program offers project rotations, international assignments (in person or remotely), hands‑on experience in your department, and formal training from our global network of colleagues. Upon completing the program you will have built strong relationships, gained invaluable knowledge, and experienced a world of opportunities to continue your exciting career within our company. What you will do Develop technical documentation for projects focused on plant functionalities. Support and learn internal simulation tests and support Factory Acceptance Tests with customers. Help maintain and update market‑reusable solutions. Participate in simulation, startup, and commissioning of systems/modules. Develop technical solutions in projects, provide support in problem solving, and participate in technical discussions with customers and suppliers. Learn and gain experience in process or automation engineering with a desire to learn more about the opposite discipline. Have commissioning experience and the desire to continue supporting commissioning efforts. Learn more about our systems such as SkyNet and Tetra Plantmaster. Develop a problem‑solving mindset. We believe you have Recent graduation from an engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control or related. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus. English and Spanish conversational skills are required. Previous internships or projects utilizing PLCs (Siemens/Rockwell) and SCADA programming and networks is strongly preferred. Microsoft Office knowledge. Interest in equipment and machinery, as well as technical engineering negotiations, Tetra Pak’s portfolio. Passion for excellence. Customer centricity. Interest in taking your career to the next level. Finished or will finish studies by December XXXX or January XXXX. Intermediate or advanced English level.
