Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _Inventory Control Manager_ located in _Aguascalientes_._- Reporting to the Sr Director, Materials, Inventory Control Manager Responsible for security and accountability of inventory levels for the site. Oversees the evaluation and disposition of excess inventory and develops policy for reducing and controlling inventory._What a typical day looks like:- _ Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction through negotiations of customer expectations and managing and directing staff activities required to meet this expectation._- _ Coordinates with customers, purchasing, project managers, business unit managers and warehouse managers._- _ Evaluates various data extracted from the MRP system._- _ Reviews and establishes the policies and procedures for the site with materials group._- _ Designs, develops, and enhances metrics in response to site or corporate requirements._- _ Responsible for accurate controls and procedures to be in place to properly implement cycle count operations and physical inventories_- _ Responsible for disposition of excess and obsolete materials._- _ Inter-site materials evaluation and assessment of data._- _ May evaluate and correct inventory count discrepancies._- _ Evaluate excess inventory and negotiates with customer to reduce excess and obsolete material._- _ Negotiates sales price and coordinates the sale of excess material._- _ Reviews inventory portion of customer contracts._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/_BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Advanced English_- _ Excellent Excel skills._- _ knowledge with ERP._- _ Experience in materials area._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.PA91Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
