To help build this growing team, you must be highly analytical and possess a strong passion for analytics and accountability, set high standards with a focus on superior business success.Key job responsibilities- Provides robust BI solutions for complex problems, that are extensible and scalable.- Understand high-level business objectives and continually align work with those objectives to meet needs of business- Refine data strategies that cut across functional teams and make technical trade-off decisions for long term/short-term needs.- Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon's data resources and know how, when, and which to use and which not to use- Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives.- Serve as liaison between the business and analytics team to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights into current business performance, and ad-hoc investigations to support future improvements or innovations. This will require data gathering and manipulation, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.- Drives best practices in operational excellence, data modelling, and analysis. Ensure that BI solutions are correctly and efficiently supporting the business.- Write high quality code to retrieve and analyze data and build data visualizations to tell the story of business trends, patterns, and outliers through rich visualizations.Mexico City, DIF, MEX- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership- Experience using Cloud Storage and Computing technologies such as AWS Redshift, S3, Hadoop, etc.
