Our compensation consultants investigate various companies to analyze and extract actionable data related to compensation for our clients. Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market with the support of expert colleagues as mentors. Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics with access to Aon's global data. Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports for internal and external presentations. Maintain and update compensation and financial databases to allow colleagues quick and reliable access to important information. A few skills that will help you succeed include: Prior experience in executive compensation is highly valued. Experience working with executive clients will ease your learning curve. Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, with a curiosity for learning. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint). Creative problem‑solving and ability to adapt quickly in fast‑paced settings. English level Proficiency C1.
