We are experts in the fields we operate in, investing in training, science, innovation, and technology, and affording our employees opportunities for growth and development.**Position Summary**Nysonian Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Production Supervisor** to lead daily manufacturing operations at our facility in Tecate, Baja California. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of consumer goods.**Key Responsibilities**- **Supervise daily operations** of production lines to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met.- **Lead, train, and coach**a team of production operators and line leads, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.- **Monitor work**schedules, manpower planning, and shift transitions to optimize labor and equipment utilization.- **Collaborate** with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues promptly.- **Track and analyze production** KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions using lean tools and root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.).- **Enforce health, safety**, and environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safe work practices in line with local laws and company policies.- **Ensure accurate documentation** of production data, material usage, and equipment logs using ERP systems or digital trackers.- **Participate in new product introductions** and process transfers, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations.- **Support continuous improvement efforts** and participate in Kaizen, 5S, and visual management programs.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field; OR equivalent technical diploma with significant experience.- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflict, and drive performance improvements.- Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, OEE, production scheduling, and quality control systems.- Proficient with production tracking systems, MS Office, and/or ERP tools.- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.- **Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency (basic to intermediate) required.****Preferred Qualifications**- Prior **experience in consumer goods or light manufacturing** industries.- **Familiarity with ISO 9001** or other quality frameworks is helpful.- Exposure to 5S, continuous improvement, or basic lean manufacturing principles.- Hands-on experience with shift handovers, daily reports, or inventory coordination.- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TPM is **not required**, but some knowledge or interest is welcome.Pay: $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
