**THE JOB (1 month project)**The Tech Study Project Lead will facilitate and execute a protocol aimed at creating short, simple 30-second videos with a variety of participants. As a Tech Study Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful implementation of this project in your respective region through recruitment, facilitation, execution, and data tracking for each participant.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- **Project Coordination**:_ Partner with the Global Project/Talent Solutions Manager to coordinate the end-to-end execution of the study protocol involving participants in the creation of short, 30-second videos.- **Participant Engagement**:_ Communicate and collaborate effectively with participants, guiding them through the video creation process and ensuring adherence to the project guidelines.- **Technical Support**:_ Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed to ensure seamless video creation and submission by participants. Effectively communicate with the Project Manager and Tech Support for ongoing technical issues.- **Protocol Compliance**:_Ensure strict adherence to the study protocol, auditing and maintaining consistency and quality across all videos produced.- **Reporting and Documentation**:_Maintain detailed records, generate progress reports, and document key insights and observations throughout the project duration.- **Weekly Tracking Management**_: Submit the participant details and hours based on the number of participants engaged, ensuring timely and accurate compensation on a weekly basis.**REQUIREMENTS**- **Tech-Savvy**:_Proficiency in using digital tools, video editing software, and troubleshooting technical issues is highly desirable.- **Project Management Skills**:_ Proven experience in coordinating and managing projects, ideally within a tech or digital content creation context.- **Communication Skills**:_Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage and guide participants from diverse backgrounds.- **Language Proficiency**:_ Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred**COMPENSATION**- **Tech Study Lead is paid weekly for each completed participant of $169 MXN per person.
