Ningún apoyo económico por reubicación - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de Mexico, MéxicoLet´s talk about main responsibilities:- Work with payroll vendor and local teams to ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately.- Review payment requests for prior to submission to the payroll vendor for processing.- Calculate employee payouts such as retroactive salary adjustments and vacation.- Processing, auditing and validating time keeping systems and data.- Perform periodic timesheet audits and reconciliations.- Root cause analysis of possible errors including constructive and prevention actions.- Provide reporting from the vendor system to company stakeholders- Assist with internal or external audits and other regulatory required audits.- Respond to payroll related inquiries from employees and HR.Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative fields- At least 1-2 years related experience as Payroll Processor- US Payroll experience preferred- Advanced English level- Proficient in Excel/Google SheetsEmpleador con Igualdad de Oportunidades¿Estás interesado en trabajar para Colgate Palmolive?Puedes presentar tu solicitud en línea y adjuntar todos los documentos relevantes, como una carta de presentación o un currículo.
