Join us and let’s get started.**Job Description**:AECOM México busca un Director de Transporte Masivo para apoyar al área de Transportation LATAM.El función del Director de Transporte Masivo implica proporcionar una gestión técnica eficaz:- Desempeñar un papel técnico "práctico" al proporcionar asesoramiento de alto nível a los clientes y equipos de diseño multidisciplinarios para asegurar diseños innovadores apropiados que puedan diseñarse de manera efectiva.- Supervisar el proceso de análisis e informes del equipo, incluido el modelado de tráfico de microsimulación cuando corresponda.- Asegurar la entrega de resultados a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.- Mejorar continuamente el desempeño técnico del equipo de transporte.- Desarrollar y expandir la base de clientes actual en la región de LATAM: este es un requisito clave para este puesto y se requerirá experiência previa demostrable**Qualifications**:Requisitos mínimos:- Ingeniero Civil o afín- + 10 años de experiência- Proyectos de transporte de gran escala- Ingles avanzadoExperiência:- Desarrollo de ofertas de servicios por parte del equipo de transporte.- Gestión y desarrollo comercial que requerirán que del Director de Transporte;- Administrar e informar sobre el desempeño financiero del equipo.- Planes de negocios estratégicos/operativos.
