**Job Summary**:- Develop projects of Automation, data collection, and OT networks to CPS Mexico (Concentrate plant, AdeS, and JDV).- Assurance maintenance services to PLC, switches, servers, communication lines, and any other control, automation, or data collection device.**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:- Lead and develop projects of Automation, data collection, and OT networks.- Develop activities related to updating or upgrading the systems, electronic equipment, and connectivity with machinery.- Set up servers according to the company protocols.- Program PLC’s (mainly Allen Bradley and ABB).- Assurance maintenance services to PLC, switches, servers, communication lines, and any other control, automation, or data collection device.- Analyze fails and breakdowns on serves, optic fiber, switches, PLC’s, sensors, and other electronic components.- Update the master data information on MES, recipes, programs, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and control panels.- Keep and update the spare parts list related to this topic.- Develop the specification of components, products, and services.- Supervise contract services, ensuring quality compliance and taking care of the company information.- Manage and record according to our Integrated Management System and international standards (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 V 5.0, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 related to ISO 45001:2018)- Implement improvement ideas.**Financial/Job Scope**:- There is a direct impact on the annual OPEX budget.**Organization Impact/Influence**:- Internal contacts with all departments.- External contacts with suppliers**Supervisory Responsibilities**:Contractors**Related Job Requirements/Qualifications**:Experience of 1 to 5 years in automation, control process programing, and data server setup.**Technical Skills**:- PLC programing- Develop Database- Servers set up- SAP S4 and Hanna connectivity- HMI’s programing- Develop PID’s control process- Develop or implement Manufacturing Execution Systems- Implement SCADA network- Knowledge of process sensors, actuators, and hardware.- Automation**Personal skills**:- Attention to detail.- Communication.- Financial Capability.- Innovation.- Trading.- Planning and Organization.**Educational Requirements**:Bachelor's degree**Cultural Diversity**:EnglishIntermediate, Understand technical specifications and quotationsSpanishSuppliersContractorsOther CPS Concentrate Plant**Analysis**:1.
