**Applications Engineer - Technical Support for Microcontrollers****Company Description****Business Unit Description**Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is responsible for amplifying the voices of the customer and of the market for the entire company and growing the NXP brand. We collaborate closely with all NXP organizations to develop and deliver cutting-edge technologies, products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers.For our Customer Application Support (CAS) team in Guadalajara we are looking for a documentation and SW reviewer engineer to work with our global engineers**Job Characteristics**- Become the technical expert on Kinetis, LPC IMX RT and Architectures. This includes the, programming and debugging tools for Kinetis and LPC and IMX RT Microcontrolles.- Improve customer satisfaction by following up on client complaints- Collaborate with other teams to improve our offering enhancing our Customer’s experience- Enhance you technical knowledge participating in:- Development/revision of documentation- Writing/reviewing Application Notes- Testing KDS versions, software stacks and available operating systems- Creating and providing trainings (in English and Spanish)**Necessary know how / skills**- Collaborative, proactive, self-learning and team player attitude- Experience in customer support- Bachelor degree in electronics engineer or similar (required)- Understanding of Microcontrollers, Microprocessors and general purpose peripherals (Timers, ADCs, CAN, serial communications, etc.). ARM Cortex-M- Become the technical expert on Kinetis, LPC and Architectures. This includes the, programming and debugging tools for Kinetis and LPC Microcontrolles.- C language programming knowledge required- Fast reactivity and ability to manage crisis (methodology, synthesis, drive, communication)- Excellent communication in English (written or spoken)- Good contact and ability to work in a multicultural environment- Strong analytical mind**Required personality characteristics**- Engaged, committed- Curious, agility to learn, proactive- Excellent capability to communicate and synthesize, Collaborative.
