**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and construct new facilities or modify existing ones to meet production needs.- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines for facility construction and renovation projects.- Coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of facility equipment.- Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities as needed.- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of facility equipment. Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities as needed.**QUALIFICATIONS****Minimum Job Qualifications**:- Minimum number of 2-4 years of experience in facilities field.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering. Previous experience in facilities management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.- Familiarity with safety regulations, environmental compliance, and building codes applicable to manufacturing facilities.
