Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.**Your Role**The Global Functional CMMS & Calibration Leader will partner with Manufacturing communities to ensure requirements and maintenance/calibration process are aligned to support Operational improvement while ensuring IT compliance, change management and cost efficiency across all the regions.**What you'll be doing****Project Delivery**- Contribute and drive the Global CMMS and Calibration area for the Full Clone and Clean Project in Vantive.- Successfully project managed multiple Global CMMS and Calibration site implementation projects based on timeline, scope, and budget.- Ensure the development and management of all project planning, schedule and budget in conjunction with the Global CMMS and Calibration Program Manager.- Responsible for project tracking, status reporting, Identifying risks, and new requirements.- Support the creation/review of validation materials and the execution of validation activities.- Consistently provides clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders and Team.**Daily Operations**- Managing / Coordinating, the Global CMMS and Calibration team- Supervising User Access Management for Maximo license Users once cloned- Analyze business requirement/process, Identify, and understand broader business impact, assess alternative solutions, and propose preferred solutions**System Application Management**- Collaborate with Infra team and all IT partners for activities related the Global CMMS and Calibration Domain.- Support external contractors to ensure a healthy, stable Maximo Environment.**What you'll bring****Educational and/or Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- minimum 5 years of experience working with CMMS and calibration systems; Maximo experience strongly preferred- 6+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.- Strong functional expertise in CMMS and spare parts and calibration.- Experience of System validation in a pharmaceutical environment, desirable- Spanish and English speaking and written communication skills are mandatory.- **Open to applicants across the country, this is a remote position****Other relevant skills**:- Functional and technical knowledge on the area of CMMS and calibration.- Team management for internal/external resources based in different regions- Ability to communicate and collaborate with other IT professionals and business stakeholders.- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills- Proactive responsible individuals, able to set own action plans.- Communicate status, solutions, and concerns.- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the business/IT leadership.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Process oriented and committed to superior quality.- Ability to develop functional specifications.- Positive and Quick Learning attitude- Ownership and Leadership driving to completion.- Team Player and support constructive debate.- Understand and follow appropriate SDLC & quality validation processes.**Reasonable Accommodation****Recruitment Fraud Notice**Vantive has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Vantive employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
