**Full - Stack**Startup dedicated to promote criminal justice through technological solutions focused on the creation of a video evidence management platform, seeks the following profile:- Experience working with and knowledge of our tech stack. Specifically React, Node, Express, and TypeScript- Experience with React testing library, jest and Node.js testing with Mocha.js- Self-motivated and eager to be a thought partner is the development of the JusticeText product roadmap- Experience with web app performance and reliability monitoring- Comfortable writing testable frontend code and associated Unit tests- Familiarity with broader web concepts (i.e. CORS, REST requests, web security)- Familiarity with React frontend infrastructure, compilation, and organization (think webpack, code splitting, etc.)- Knowledge of design patterns and when best to use them- Kind, compassionate, and cares about social impactGreat (but not required) Qualifications- Python and machine learning experience in natural language processing (NLP)- Familiarity with Amazon Web Service and working in the AWS console- Familiarity with Heroku deployment- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Suite- Incredible to have (but, again, not required) Qualifications- Past experience with cloud based video/audio manipulation and engineeringCore Responsibilities- Design and development of well-tested, full-stack features- Implement UI/UX changes from UI mocks- Understand the overall JusticeText platform architecture and how that informs the frontend- Reducing technical debt through good code hygiene and utilizing best coding practices.**Offer**:- We offer a monthly gross salary of $4000 USD- Completely remote job - Home Office- Commitment: 40 hrs/week- Position length contract of at least 6 months.
