Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:As US Spare Parts Tender Supervisor in the Process Automation Business, you will supervise the local US Spare Parts Tender Team, whom are the sales organization/customers support in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and prepare technical descriptions of the applied products and technology to support the proposal process Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Also, you will be responsible for reports team’s KPI and process improvement.**This position reports to**:Local/Hub Business Unit Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Coordinating and supervising the information flow around US Spare Parts Specialist activities.- Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system.- Working with other ABB units and teams to harmonize biding activities and maximize response time to customer requests.- Identifying key improvement opportunities in the offer processes.- Resolves issues following established procedures, monitors and summarizes progress of each order/sale, and manages multiple orders/sales at a time.- Supervise offers technical advice with regard to ABB products.**Your background**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.- 5+ years of experience in a procurement area, customer service/call center operation or quotes.- Experience in SAP.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.- Valid Passport and visa.- Advanced English.**More about us**:
