**Pipeline Deployment Manager - Breeding****Responsibilities**- Improve pipeline and launch effectiveness through Gx T & trait availability insights.- Define, implement and track Launch Effectiveness KPIs to support short and long term pipeline innovation plans.- Strategic line up Breeding pipelines to the Trait Adoption Model (TAM).- Alignment with stakeholders on the types of data and metrics, tools for visualization and timelines for product adv and deployment.- Ensure the appropriate data flow across the pipeline (Early and Late Pipeline).- Implement intent driven advancement across crops, in sync w/ portfolio COGs placement system.- Alignment with Global Enabling functions, internalizing solutions on Data Management, Predictive Analysis and IT tools, aiming to improve / streamline our Prioritization / Advancement / Launching decisions making processes across crops.- Provide directions and assure compliance for rational / efficient trait assessment (Equivalency / Qualification), deregulated and regulated, in Corn. Promote synergies across teams, understanding and living the shared vision, cross collaboration and team culture.- Contribute to develop an inclusive and integrated Breeding organization.**Who you are**- BS in Biotech, Biology, Agronomy or related discipline to the Ag industry, Masters in Plant Breeding or Agronomy would be desirable with at least 3 years experience in Product Management, Predictive Analytics or Business Strategy.- Working knowledge of Agronomy and Precision Agriculture- Team leadership skills including excellent coaching and organization skills.- The job requires the social competencies, networking developing and communication skills to understand, influence and motivate through leadership (LIFE values).- Results oriented with strong drive for continuous improvement, effective use of technology and innovations to create a competitive advantage.- Advanced knowledge of English, excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Fosters use of digital and analytic tools.**Location**:Mexico : Jalisco : Guadalajara || Mexico : Jalisco : Jaral del Progreso || Mexico : Jalisco : Lerma || Mexico : Jalisco : Nextipac || Mexico : Jalisco : Tlajomulco de Zuniga || Mexico : Jalisco : Zapopan**Division**:Crop Science**Reference Code**:
