We're looking for a Risk & Compliance Manager to help lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across our global operations.**Responsibilities**:- Automate and track policy updates, reviews, exceptions, and approvals within the Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) platform- Administer and enhance the GRC platform to support enterprise-wide compliance, including delivering dashboards and executive-level reports on risk posture and audit readiness- Lead responses to customer/vendor security questionnaires, due diligence forms, and RFPs sections relating to Risk & Compliance- Maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support accountability and decision-making- Support risk assessments, control testing, and remediation across security, privacy, and operations- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and emerging regulatory frameworks- Implement and monitor controls for AML, anti-bribery, sanctions, and modern slavery- Conduct vendor and partner risk assessments and maintain third-party risk dashboards- Maintain audit-ready documentation and lead evidence-gathering for industry standards- Collaborate with Legal, Data Protection Officer, and CISO on privacy, cyber risk, and operational resilience- Support crises management, business continuity and incident response planning**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Information Security, or related field- 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or data protection, with experience in Enterprise Risk Management frameworks- Experience managing GRC platforms- Familiarity with global standards - GDPR, COSO ERM framework, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and AML frameworks- Strong understanding of anti-bribery, sanctions, and financial crime controls- Excellent analytical, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skillsThis position description may not describe all duties, responsibilities, and skills associated with this position.
