Objective Administrar la actividad de los despachos de recuperación, reportando claramente el estado actual de cada una de las cuentas que se le asignarán, así como realizar las labores administrativas inherentes a la recuperación, a efectos de mantener el portafolio organizado y haber una clara perspectiva de las posibilidades de recuperación. Responsibilities Supervisar la acción de los despachos externos, proveyéndoles aquellos requerimientos que se tengan para eficientar su recuperación de cartera. Negociación con clientes asignados a su cartera, a efectos de generar convenios de pago y proveer alternativas, ya sea para la liquidación de la cuenta o la puesta al corriente. Gestión administrativa de las cuentas que tuviere asignadas, reportando apropiada y oportunamente la situación de cada una de ellas, y verificando que se cumplan los procesos internos para su finiquito, aplicación de pagos y demás cuestiones de carácter interno. Generación de reportes al respecto de su cartera asignada en los sistemas encomendados, así como carga de constancias judiciales. Apoyo en la generación de estrategias legales para facilitar la recuperación de cuentas asignadas, o bien, para generar nuevos avances procesales. Coordinación para la recepción en pago de unidades, cerciorándose de que se realice la entrega por parte del cliente, así como de que se cuenta con todos los documentos necesarios para su eventual comercialización por parte del área correspondiente. Profile Escolaridad Licenciatura en derecho. Idioma(s) Inglés avanzado Experiencia laboral Experiencia en administración de cartera de recuperación mediante procesos legales. Conocimientos técnicos necesarios Conocimiento de derecho procesal mercantil y civil. Conocimiento de marco regulatorio aplicable a entidades financieras. Conocimiento básico de derecho penal. Conocimiento general de productos financieros en el ramo automotriz. Manejo intermedio de Excel, incluyendo función VLOOKUP, condicionales, etcétera. Manejo avanzado de paquetería office.
