**Resumen de posición**:- ** Negocio**: Purina- ** Ubicación**: Cuautitlán- ** Jornada**: Tiempo completo**Lo que te hará exitoso**- 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares de planning excellence, data excellence, business intelligence.- Experiência en elaboración de políticas, mejora/automatización de reportes.- Experiência en implementación de sistemas ERP para el área de planning y/o supply chain.- Capacidad de análisis numérica y de comportamientos de abasto.- Inglés avanzado / nativo.**Snapshot de la Posición**Asegurar la disponibilidad del inventario de producto terminado en uno o más Negocios de Bajo Impacto y/o baja complejidad, en toda la Red de Distribución Nestlé México, a través de una correcta y oportuna definición de los requerimientos de stock necesario para cubrir la demanda y mantener un capital de trabajo sano que garantice la frescura del producto y con base en el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas del proceso DSP.**Un día en la vida de...**- Actualización, validación y aplicación de política de stock por código y almacén del portafolio de Purina MX.- Desarrollar iniciativas de mejora y aterrizar las iniciativas regionales a la operación local, mediante planes acciones acordados con los involucrados y su seguimiento (reducción de pérdidas - NCE).- Desarrollar y validar simulaciones tanto para analizar estrategias de capacidades productivas vs distintos níveles de demanda, así como generar e implementar estrategias de almacenamiendo de la red.- Habilitar material de on boarding y entrenamiento, así como asegurar documentación de aprendizajes locales, on boarding y entrenamiento de personal de nuevo ingreso al área de planeación.- Generación y publicación regular de reportes junto con su automatización, así como el mapeo de gaps de reporting/sistema y levantamiento de requerimientos locales para nuevos desarrollos.For more than 125 years, we've been guided by the belief that pets and people are better together.
