Frequently acting as the senior creative leader of an integrated project team and working daily in collaboration with the Creative Director, Copy and Production Lead, Mexico. This role is based in Mexico.This role will directly manage localization writers to facilitate the localization and delivery of centrally-approved assets for Mexico. Ensuring that regional translations maintain the creative tone of the work, successfully collaborating with POCs in marketing and being accountable for the inclusion of the regional feedback to ensure a successful global campaign.**Responsibilities**:- Develop innovative creative ideas, with a strategic and hands-on approach- Partner with stakeholders including Product and Brand Marketing- Help evolve and innovate our creative messaging strategy in-market and help capture and elevate the voice of our creative community- Mentor and manage junior / discipline-based creative, guiding them to generate a wide range of concepts, high-level copywriting and content strategy, providing evaluation, mentorship, counsel, and determining assignments as needed- Represent the voice and tone of the sub-brand, mentoring junior and freelance writers as needed- Oversee the art direction of film and photography shoots, as well as all design work in Figma- Partner with creative production to see campaigns through to delivery for multiple markets- Help ensure quality copy production and effective communication with creative teammates, company partners, and external clients**Requirements**:- 12+ years of overall integrated campaign/agency/brand writing experience- 3-5+ years as a senior creative lead with broadcast, film, digital content oversight- Hands-on yet empowering and collaborative work style inspiring transparency and collaboration- Ability to think both strategically and tactically, concept through execution- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating best-in-class campaign work- Strong communication and presentation skills—you can articulate and passionately defend decisions both internally and to clients.- Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared outcome-based goals- Bilingual English and Spanish.
