Join our growing team as a **Bookkeeper** for one of our business lines.This department specializes in providing accurate and efficient financial record-keeping services. They focus on managing day-to-day transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial data is organized for seamless reporting and compliance. This department plays a crucial role in supporting the overall financial health of their clients' businesses.The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records, assist in financial reporting, and collaborate virtually with the team. The position requires the ability to work independently and as a team player, focusing on contributing to the company’s mission of providing long-term financial success for its clients.Daily functions: Bank conciliations, registering transactions into **Quickbooks**, entering credit card receipts, and payables into Quickbooks, repetitive Journal entries, payroll processing.**Requirements**:- Should have excellent communication skills (**English is a must**)- Degree/certification is preferred but not necessarily required.- **3-5 years of bookkeeping** experience is required- Bank reconciliations and a working knowledge of **Quickbooks **and Microsoft Office products.- **Tax accounting** knowledge and experience- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of timePay: From $19,500.00 per monthExperiência:- QuickBooks: 1 año (Deseable)- bookkeeping: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Advanced english (Deseable)Work Location: Remote
