OBJECTIVE Ingeniero experimentado en pruebas de RF, con fuertes fundamentos de RF tanto teoricos como practicos. Con conocimientos de programación y arquitectura de equipos de prueba. Responsable de proveer soluciones robustas para productos nuevos (Prototipos/NPI) y producción. Trabaja continuamente en la mejora y optimización de las soluciones de prueba para la reducción del tiempo de prueba, estabilidad de las mediciones, máxima eficiencia operacional y menor costo. JOB DESCRIPTION Implementa nuevas técnicas para eficientar los programas de prueba. Implementa de manera continua mejoras en las rutinas existentes en los programas de prueba. Provee asistencia técnica avanzada a los equipos de producción. Capaz de proveer entrenamiento a otros departamentos. Desarrolla soluciones de prueba para nuevos productos. Desarrolla reducciones en tiempo de prueba mediante el uso de nuevas técnicas y optimización de codigo. Realiza migración de soluciones de prueba entre plataformas para aumentar la flexibilidad de prueba de los productos. Coordina la calificación de nuevo hardware o plataformas de prueba. Provee soporte técnico y liderazgo a equipos interdisciplinarios para buscar causas raíz, soluciones, etc. Provee soporte técnico y liderazgo en proyectos de inovacion, Kaizen, Six Sigma, mejora continua. Apoya a los equipos de calidad en el analisi de RMA para la mejora de la calidad de los procesos. SKILLS Se requiere licenciatura en Ingeniería Electronica, Computación, Cibernetica electronica o carrera afín. Dominio del Idioma ingles para lectura de compresion, escrito, reportes e instrucciones de trabajo. Programacion C/C++ (usado en GUTS/DRG/RED) Mediciones Eléctricas Uso de Instrumentos de Medición (Multimetro, Osciloscopio) Analisis Estadistico (media, desviación estandard, varianza, normalidad, cpk) Conocimiento de Radiofrecuencia, Microondas, Comunicación Digital Conocimiento de mediciones de RF Conocimiento de la arquitectura de Equipos de Prueba Analisis de circuitos eléctricos Operación de Manejadoras SRM (Bowl feeder) y Seiko Epson NS (Pick & Place) Capacidad de Trabajar de Manera Metódica y Organizada Capacidad de Trabajo en Equipo Expresión oral y escrita (Español) Expresión oral y escrita (Ingles) Analisis y solucion de problemas basados en datos y mediciones. Uso de Instrumentos de Medición de RF (Analizador de Espectro, Analizador de redes) Conocimientos de Estandares de comunicacion (CDMA. GSM. LTE.
