With major offices located in India, Mexico, Poland and the United States, join us and see how far your career can take you.**What You Will Do**- Facilitate learning and change management processes by guiding our consumers through these new tools and technologies.- Provide exceptional consumer experience while resolving customer questions and troubleshooting issues.- Responsible for incoming cases and calls.- Collaborate with other KBS business units & third-party providers (vendors) to research and solve more complex or technical cases.**Who You Are**- Associate degree or higher or have completed of a minimum of two years of college.- Fluency in English required.- A minimum of two years of experience working in a professional environment preferred working in a shared service center for HR, IT or other customer transactions and/or inquiries, remote customer service, ticket / issues resolution.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Responsible for incoming cases and calls using state-of-art telephony technology and HR Case & Knowledge Management tools, which include chat functionality.- Be able to provide HR inquiry and transactional support to all employees, managers, and the HR community (our consumers).**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
