Laboratory Associate

**Visión general**:Supervise the testing activities, being the hydraulic technical expert in the organization. Responsible of the high quality of results from the laboratory and ensure security in the activities.**Responsabilidades**:Supervise the testing activities and ensure the technical competences of the laboratory technicians under his charge.Ensure the training of technicians and that testing activities are performed in accordance with the appropriate regulations and internal quality procedures.Responsible for the quality of test results, being an official signatory.Responsible for the safety of the equipment in charge, must ensure that there are no unsafe conditions in the hydraulic laboratory.Identify opportunities for improvement of the hydraulic performance of the products and share the results of the improvement proposals to the process responsible (USA Engineering, NPD, and Process).Responsible for the review and validation of the internal technical process, as well as the maintenance and verification of inspection, measurement and test equipment and instruments (EIMP).Manage statistical tools for quality reporting.**Requisitios**:**Education**: Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Technical career concluded.**Knowledge**:ISO 17025, concepts of metrology, statistical tools (Minitab desirable)Use of Windchill (desirable)**Experience**: 3 or more years of experience working in a related position.**Skills**:Focused on results.Honesty and integrityLeadershipTeam WorkStaff managementIntermediate level English language proficiency - able to hold a conversation in English (desirable)Strong analysis of root causes and solving problemsOral and written communication skills.Sense of responsibility and urgency.
