Supervisa y gestiona ingenieros de calidad y personal de soporte de calidad.- Mantenga al personal de la planta informado de los problemas relacionados con la calidad, así como promueva la conciencia de la calidad en todas las instalaciones de fabricación.- Se coordina con los líderes y supervisores del equipo de producción para garantizar que los productos se produzcan de acuerdo con las especificaciones del producto.- Monitorea diariamente métricas clave de calidad y define planes de acción para mejorarlas. (IPPM, IRPPM, chatarra, etc.).- Participe en actividades de planificación de calidad avanzada, incluida la creación / revisión de planes de control, FMEA, instrucciones para el operador, procedimientos de garantía de calidad, procedimientos de laboratorio, PPAP y pruebas de validación de productos de componentes fabricados.- Participe con el coordinador de IOS de la planta en la implementación exitosa de los sistemas de calidad de clase mundial aplicables, que cumplan con BOS, VDA 6.1, ISO / TS16949, etc., según corresponda.Utilice y promueva los métodos de resolución de problemas de Johnson Controls (Informe 8D, Resolución de problemas, KT...) y respalde la validación de acciones correctivas / preventivas.
