OverviewJob Title : Active Directory - L2***Job location : Monterrey, Mexico**Job Description**:- 24/7 project support- Attending Desktop hardware and software related issues- OS and software installation and troubleshooting- Attending Daily support desktop complaints /tickets and ensuring timely closure of the reported tickets.- Software installation, configuration and troubleshooting for end users.- Manage project related activities including task scheduling, risk and issues- Work with other technical teams to ensure effective coordination- Use the incident management system to document and theirn respective resolution- Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction- Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements- Administration of MS Active Directory (AD), MS Azure AD and ADFS- Strong Knowledge and experience in file and print services- Strong knowledge in Active directory Federation, PKI, Windows Azure and AGPM- Design and Architect active directory infrastructure including design and implemtation of group policy, DNS and DHCP- Global backup and recovery of Active directory, strong knowledge and understanding architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD os, domains, trusts, DNS, DHCP, group policy and organizational units.- Configuring SSO, implemeting IT standards/Policies/procedures, designs, plans and implements group policy for an enterpirse environment.- Plans and performs group policy for optimization, security etc and troubleshoots group policy issues.- Troubleshoots group policy issues, Performs group policy backup and recovery, Manages administrative templates.- Cretaes a strategy for configuring the user environment and the computer environment with group policy.- Strong scripting skills ie, powershell or VB script, ability to own and perform audits using AD tools kits and native tools to identify security risks in an AD environment.
