Accounts Payable Analyst

**Join our team SIG as a ****ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST**This position is responsible for all AP and general ledger activities, in compliance with global and local Policy & Procedures. The position will have frequent contact with cross-functional teams and suppliers, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.**Key job functions**- Accuracy of accounts payable and reporting processes with local requirement for Taxes and statutory compliance.- Ensure all invoices have proper documentation and approval prior to payment.- Preparation of the weekly payment plan, according to seniority and payment conditions.- Responsible for accounts payable and intercompany payments.- Monthly reconciliation of supplier and intercompany accounts.- Reconciliation of accounting balances assigned to this position.- Accurately account for transactions, including expenses and provisions as necessary.- Compliance with internal control.- Attention and delivery of documentation to external and internal audit, follow-up of recommendations.**Requirements**:- Intermediate English Level- Communication, negotiation and sense of priority (Skills to communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers)- Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word)- ERP (SAP/S4H)- 3- 5 years of experience in the area.- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Must)**Competencies SIG**We are looking for people who are willing to consistently achieve results, even in difficult circumstances, employees who create a climate in which everyone is motivated to do their best and help the organization achieve its goals.
