We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.- **Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products**:- **Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions;**- **Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System;**- **_Initiate with Purchasing the SVRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic protocols; _**- **_Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging; _**- **_Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols; _**- **Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows;**- **Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;**- **Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process**- **Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up );**- **Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;**- **_Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP); _**- **Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments;**- **Participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO)**:- **Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams;**- **Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.**- **_Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors: _**- **Train suppliers on Valeo standards and specifications and promote their usage;**- **Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI );**- **Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);**- **Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out**:- **Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs;**- **Validate close orders quantity and supply process;**- **Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP);**- **Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.****Help regions having a site facing a dramatic crisis, ensuring that progress roadmaps are built.****Job**:Supply Chain PTM**Organization**:Site Projects**Schedule**:Full time**Employee Status**:Regular**Job Type**:Permanent contract**Job Posting Date**:- Join Us _- Being part of our team, you will join: _- _one of the largest global innovative companies, with more than 20,000 engineers working in Research & Development _- _a multi-cultural environment that values diversity and international collaboration _- _more than 100,000 colleagues in 31 countries... which make a lot of opportunity for career growth _- _a business highly committed to limiting the environmental impact if its activities and ranked by Corporate Knights as the number one company in the automotive sector in terms of sustainable development _
