The MB/NL Supervisor responsible for the management and follow up for projects in AMX and AST from the inception of the following through all the APDS phases until the final approval from the plant, oversees the Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost of the projects until phase 3 with Step 2 buy off, besides the standardization and KPIs improvement for the Regional Launch team and PM team in MB. - Assigns projects. - Assigns resources. - Project allocation.- Team definition. - Define Budget, request and maintain. - Acts as window for the plants, customer and technical centers. - Safety assurance - Quality assurance - Delivery on time - Keep the project under budget.(CAPEX control) - First time quality/zero defects.- Deliver seamless launch trough the execution of AS100 (APDS) - 100% in compliance with all the project deliverables, task and milestones - New projects start up. - NL capacity evaluation considering timing of new projects. - Lead and represents the RPDG in the CFT's and BUs when needed. - Ensure communication between BU and the Program managers in regards of engineering changes.- Keep and maintain demand/capacity information accurate of AST and AMX for RPDG utilization and update quarterly according with EQ releases. - Develop Master Timing for the project with the BU PTL and program manager. - Define and allocate resources for the project management and assure the completion diligently. - Ensure the update in eAPDS for all the tasks responsibility of the RPDT during the project development.- Drive Customer Focus - Cultivate Innovation - Make Sound Decisions - Ensure Accountability - Engage & Inspire Others - Build Trust - Develop People - Planning - Project Management - Proven leadership skills - APQP Experience - New product introduction - People management - Resource management - Acknowledge in project finance - Strong communication skills - Leadership - Self-motivated - High sense of accountability - Analytical skills - Continuous improvement mindset - Proactive - Results oriented - Work under pressure - Good attitude - Ensures deliverables to the customer expectations - Adherence to the standards - Engineering Bachelor Degree (in related to Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and/or Mechanical disciplines.) - Master Degree - 5-8 year of experience in: - Project Management - Supervisory or management position - NPI - Knowledge of: - Automotive Industry - APQP - Finance - Management - Planning - English (90%) Spoken and Written
