Responsible for the planning, operation and growth of all Company business in the Country under their remit utilizing available talent within the group. Oversee and support day to day operations of the business including Project operations and Support Functions. Provide leadership on the integration of Egis infrastructure, administration and operational processes to provide optimum operational flexibility and cost efficiency.**Commercial and Client Relationship Management**- Define and coordinate the sales organization to achieve maximum market potential and penetration across all domains, services, and bundled offerings.- Ensure regular communication with client representatives to understand business trends, anticipate future needs, and assess their perception of Egis's contractual performance.- Serve as an escalation point for dispute resolution and conflict management at the project level.**Financial Performance**- Responsible for maximizing the financial results of the country/area, including profit & loss, fixed assets, capital expenditure, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.- Establish revenue, profit, and working capital forecasts in accordance with prescribed guidelines, ensuring effective teamwork to meet and exceed approved targets.- Define and communicate project budgets to managers, ensuring alignment with the overall business plan — and preferably surpassing it.**Performance and Sustainable Development**- Implement and enforce Egis’s performance management system.- Ensure all operations in the country are fully compliant with approved health, safety, ethics procedures, project methodologies, internal policies, and local legislation. Uphold the Egis technical signature.- Maintain strong relationships with customers and government stakeholders at all levels.- Lead initiatives to reduce the internal carbon footprint and contribute to the Group’s extra-financial reporting.**Team Building and Mentoring**- Lead and promote effective people management to foster a motivated, disciplined, and productive workforce. This includes leadership, performance management through objective setting, regular appraisals, and open communication.- Drive recruitment and retention strategies to create an environment that attracts and retains a high-performing, talented workforce.- Regularly communicate the company’s vision to employees across the country.**Qualifications**- Proven Project Management and Quality participation and leadership- Strong business development and sales skills- Highly organized, self-motivated, able to exercise independent judgment- Demonstrates good problem solving skills- Ability to motivate and develop staff, comfortable working in a matrix organization- Supportive with good communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Spanish; ability to perform large group presentation- Prior financial P&L management preferred- Knowledge of the Engineering and Construction industry- More than 15 years’ experience, preferably in the fields of engineering and construction;- Education in Management/Sales/Business/Engineering disciplines
