Results-driven Operations Manager with strong experience leading manufacturing and logistics operations. Proven ability to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across production, warehouse, and logistics. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards. Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Manage KPIs, productivity, and cost control. Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams. Supervise and develop operational staff. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in operations within manufacturing environments. Strong leadership and team management skills. Advanced English proficiency. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
