Empresa de manufactura en Monterrey, N.L. solicita **MASTER PLANNER** que será responsable de la planeación de la producción.Realización de la Planeación de la Producción, en coordinación con los departamentos de Almacén, Compras y Producción; con el fin de realizar los programas de Ensamble y Bombas sobre pedido (vendidas) y lograr la meta de Fabricación correspondiente en tiempo y forma; con un enfoque de Servicio al Cliente, manteniendo nuestra ventaja competitiva de ofrecer el mejor tiempo de entrega posible.**Requisitos**:- Inglés avanzado- Experiência en puestos anteriores o actual como Planner- Haber tenido o tener gente a su cargo (deseable)**EXPERIENCIA**- De al menos 3 años en puesto similar- Alto Conocimiento de Programa Excel- Experiência en Manufactura y Producción y planeación de la cadena de suministro.- Análisis de consumos para desarrollar en conjunto con compras estrategias de compras- Participación en proyectos- Control de inventarios y análisis de la demanda**HABILIDADES**- Negociación- Iniciativa- Solución de problemas- Análisis- Liderazgo- Trabajo en equipoOfrecemos:- Sueldo mensual entre $ 30,000 y $ 40,000 nominales- Prestaciones Superiores- Oportunidad de desarrolloTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinidoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualExperiência:- Planner: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
