**TPI COMPOSITES****Solicita**:**Cost Accountant****Descripción y Requisitos****Desarrollar, interpretar y aplicar conceptos financieros para la planificación y el control de la operación y contribuir en la toma de decisiones.**:**Responsabilidades**:? Debe cumplir y hacer cumplir cada uno de los puntos del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo de TPI? Velar por cumplir y hacer cumplir la Misión, Visión y Valores de TPI? Asegurar el correcto registro de contabilidad de costos.? Control de CIP? Análisis de cuentas de Estados Financieros? Análisis de comportamiento de Gasto vs Presupuesto? Reconciliación de cuentas contables? Análisis de variaciones de manufactura? Determinación de costo de mano de obra directa y gastos variables? Desarrollo de métricos para análisis de información? Análisis de financieros por unidad de negocio? Responsable indirecto de la resguarda de material y equipo? Reconciliación de inventario? Atención a auditorias? Conteos cíclicos? Análisis de Exceso y Obsoletos? Capitalización / Depreciación de Activo Fijo.? Alta Confidencialidad? Alta capacidad de análisis? Asegurar que se mantengan y mejoren los procesos de los Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO ,ISO 45000).?
