Join Ellucian’s Enterprise Data & Analytics team and lead the design of data architectures that empower stakeholders across functions to make faster, smarter decisions.In this strategic role, you will drive the development and governance of modern data platforms, ensure enterprise-grade data management across business systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, and ServiceNow, and help elevate Ellucian’s analytics maturity across operational and financial domains.**Where you will make an impact**- Architect and lead the design, modeling, and integration of scalable data solutions in Snowflake, Informatica, and related platforms.- Define enterprise data standards, patterns, and models to guide ingestion, transformation, and curation of corporate data assets into our data lake and warehouses.- Partner with business and technology teams to align data architecture with strategic objectives, enabling self-service analytics, KPI monitoring, and predictive insights.- Build and oversee robust data pipelines, metadata management, and data quality frameworks for structured and semi-structured data sources.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data platform scalability, governance, lineage, and compliance standards are met across the lifecycle.- Provide architectural leadership for data visualization solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and embedded analytics tools.- Stay ahead of the curve on cloud data architecture trends, including generative AI, data mesh, and modern data governance tools.**What you will bring**- 7+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, or BI development roles, preferably within SaaS, B2B, or enterprise technology environments.- Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and cloud-native data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical architecture into business value narratives.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds.- Familiarity with higher education technology ecosystems and enterprise business systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, ServiceNow) is a strong plus.- Proven ability to design and optimize large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Informatica, dbt, or Apache Airflow is a strong plus.What makes #Ellucianlife:- Comprehensive health coverage: family major medical expenses, dental and life insurance.- Christmas bonus 30 days- Saving fund- Monthly food coupon- 15 workdays vacation- Thrive Flex Program that allows you to contribute towards your health, financial or learning interests- 5 charitable days to support the community that supports us- Diversity and inclusion programs that promote employee resource groups such as: Women in Technology, Pride and Go Green to name a few.- Parental leave- Employee referral bonuses to encourage the addition of great new people to the team- We Foster a learning culture with:- Tuition Reimbursement Assistance- Professional development opportunitiesLI-RB1LI-Hybrid
