Descripción¿Buscas una oportunidad de crecimiento laboral y personal, en un entorno sano?Te estamos buscando para la posición de **Reclutador Jr****Objetivo**:Atender a clientes internos (Inplant, Ejecutivo de cuenta Jr. y Sr.) para hacer la cobertura puntual de los requerimientos del cliente en cuanto a reclutamiento de practicantes.**Responsabilidades**:- Realizar publicaciones en las distintas fuentes de reclutamiento- Sugerir, negociar y acordar a través de levantamientos de requerimientos, el perfil ideal de acuerdo al mercado- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas de primer filtro- Entregar reportes semanales y mensuales sobre indicadores de reclutamiento y proyecciones.**Requisitos**:**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**:- Escolaridad: Titulado de psicología, administración de empresas, comunicación.- Sexo: Indistinto- ** Inglés: Avanzado****Experiência**- Experiência previa al menos de dos años en la posición o puesto afin.**Conocimientos**- Paquetería office, Microsoft Teams, bolsas de empleo (occ, indeed, facebook, linkedin)**Habilidades**:- Sentido de urgencia- Comunicación asertiva- Resolución de problemas- Proactividad**¿Qué ofrecemos?**- Sueldo $10,400 mensuales, pago quincenal.- Prestaciones de ley- Comisiones por vacante cerrada.- Horario: lunes a jueves - 9:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m., viernes - 9:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.- Plan de carrera.- Un excelente clima laboral con entorno de trabajo flexible, diverso y dinámico- Ser parte de una compañía con un gran sentido humano, de trabajo en equipo y de apoyo mutuo entre colaboradores.Interesados favor de postularse a traves de este mismo medio.
