Job Requirements- Managing prioritized projects from an operational, financial, and communications standpoint while holding managerial responsibility for overseeing the execution of critical Life projects across the region;Leading the identification of operational, business, and strategic priorities in order to guide the implementation of said solutions;Collaborating in oversight of Life Latin America initiatives and adherence to Life strategy; andDirecting and outlining all administrative, financial, and operational activities of Life Latin America in order to ensure complete alignment, productivity, and successful execution of all action target.- Supervising report sequencing and consolidation of Laam Life business solutions and strategic country coverage initiatives and d esigning, developing, and generating reports and corresponding data accounts of regional business activity and portfolio performance at monthly, quarterly and annual intervals;Revising existant reporting matrices, data collection procedures, and pricing tools in order to improve operational functioning of information coordination systems- Researching country-specific commercial segment lines in order to effectively identify target deliverables and key performance indicators,Analyzing regional profiles with regards to new business potential, market penetration viability, and demographic evaluation in order to identify action items supporting new market penetration; andSupporting business development of policy agendas, performance benchmarks, and products in order to support Life´s growth amibitionWork Experience
