YOUR MISSION: Liderar el P&L de Retail México, entregando resultados financieros, diseñando el plan de 5 años y dirigiendo los procesos presupuestarios para maximizar ventas y rentabilidad en tiendas e E-Commerce. Asegurar una experiencia de marca coherente en tiendas Full Price, Outlet e E-Commerce, alineada con las estrategias de marketing. Construir relaciones sólidas con stakeholders internos y externos para impulsar objetivos comunes. Liderar expansión o reestructuración de tiendas en línea con la estrategia corporativa, negociando nuevos arriendos y renovaciones conforme a los estándares de Puma. Optimizar operaciones en tienda, gestión de inventario, procesos comerciales y colaboración entre equipos para lograr eficiencia y consistencia. Desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento, asegurar plan de sucesión y fomentar un estilo de liderazgo participativo y enfocado en la retención y crecimiento del talento.
