**Responsibilities**:- Assists in providing accounting guidance and support for Citi business units.- Assists in strengthening and providing controls by showing transparency of the Balance Sheet.- Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes.- Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural “expert” representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.- Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.- Prioritizes and validates potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.- May serve as a reviewer or checker for complex processes.- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 + years of experience- Industry/function knowledge, analysis, communication, management experience**Education**:- Bachelors degree- **Job Family Group**:Finance- **Job Family**:Balance Sheet Control- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
