**Description**:Client advocates study existing clients' needs and are entrusted by law firms to tend to those in a timely and cost-effective manner in order to improve client satisfaction.**Job Tasks**:- Call clients to check if they still have a valid case- Call clients to check treatment status and cover any major question or concerns- Engage with Case Managers to debriefs client request or concerns to evaluate action plan- Update Internal cases with detailed notes- Check overall client satisfaction(ongoing cases)**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent- At least 2 years of BPO/Customer Service/Sales experience- Excellent English oral and written communication skills with very good English accent- Strong customer service, persuasion, and critical thinking skills- Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible- Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm- With own laptop/desktop and reliable internet- Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule*Skills: *- Customer Service- Attention to Detail- Time Management- Problem Solving- Business Communication- Collaboration- Follow-Up- Empathy**What we offer**:- Permanent and Stable WFH employment- Competitive Compensation and Benefits- Wi-Fi Subsidy starting on the 3rd month of employment- Healthcare Assistance on the 6th month of employment- Work RemotelyPay: From $104.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:Permanent Work from Home**Experience**:- Customer Service: 2 years (required)- BPO: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Shift availability:- Night Shift (required)
