**Business Intelligence Senior Manager****Purpose of the position**:The role is responsible for providing direct support to segment leaders, ensuring the delivery of timely information for decision making. The main responsibility is to support the sales teams to meet the goals and strategy of the branch network.- Generation of Business Intelligence that allows showing the day-to-day of the branch network.- Carry out the various analyzes resulting from the measurement so that managers and areas corresponding to men make decisions to increase productivity in the network.- Implement the improvement of the current indicators, in such a way that it can be integrated into a single tool.- Establish business relationships with the different areas for the correct implementation of new metrics.**Main Responsibilities**:- Lead, manage and support sales support colleagues in delivering results.- Provide direct support and assistance in the deployment of the infrastructure, tools and resources necessary for an efficient management information system.- Support the alignment of the bank with the business strategy including the development and implementation of key strategies and initiatives.- Co - assist with the delivery of revenue growth from new business, incremental business and cross-sell HSBC products.- Find quantitative solutions to business problems and articulate the results clearly to all stakeholders.- Complete analysis in the following areas: consumer behavior, segmentation, marketing, recommendations and intelligent automation.- Consult with segment leaders for support needed to determine business issues, data requirements and to support decision making- Execution of governance of the different forums in which the network participates while preparing materials for segment leaders.Requirements**Requirements**:- Economic Administrative Degree.- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems.- Master's Degree in Administration of Information Technology, Finance, Administration, other related (preferred)Knowledge:- Minimum 3 years of experience in related areas- Knowledge of Institutional regulations and regulatory bodies.- Vision focused on business strategies- Database Administration Systems- ProgrammingSoftware, hardware that you must master:- Excel, Power Point (expert)- MS SQL Server- Integration Services- ASP.NET (preferred)- Java Script (preferred)- Analytics tools- Web visualization- SAS- Design ThinkingSuggested skills and/or competencies:- Excellent interpersonal skills, with special emphasis on inspiring, influencing and negotiating.- Lead projects.- Planification and organization- Analysis and Synthesis- Problem resolution**Language**:Advanced EnglisWe offer direct hiring by the bank, base salary,performance bonus, holiday bonus, life insurance, major medical expenses insurance, credits, discounts on bank products, active participation in sustainability/social responsibility programs, discounts in more than 9,000 establishments and a career plan according to your aspirations.At HSBC we are committed to building a culture where all employees and customers are valued regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religious belief, background or any other different personal aspect.HSBC employees act by showing integrity with courage, standing firm in what is right.
