**Position**: Project Admin/Associate Project Manager**Location**: Mexico (REMOTE)As a Project Admin/Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources, updating project information, and maintaining documentation. You will work closely with the Workforce Management team to ensure efficient resource allocation, handle time and expense documentation, and support the professional services leadership team. Your role will be critical in ensuring project deliverables are met and communicated effectively.**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with Workforce Management to submit resource requests and ensure proper resource assignment.- Update project details in UiPath tools, including PSA (Professional Services Automation).- Document and align time and expenses for assigned resources.- Prepare weekly status reports summarizing utilized time and expenses.- Review and understand project contractual documents (SOWs, POs, etc.).- Communicate contractual requirements to the internal project team.- Work with resource management on planning, availability, and allocation according to the project pipeline.- Report and escalate project schedule and cost issues to management as needed.- Create and maintain project documentation in PSA for accurate project tracking.- Assist in closing projects and passing deliverables to operations.- Collaborate effectively with the entire Professional Services leadership team.**Required Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively with large, diverse teams and under pressure.- Experience in task scheduling and resource assignment.- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.- Experience in a start-up or dynamic environment is advantageous.- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to drive customer loyalty and project success.- Previous experience with automation tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, etc., is a plus.Pay: From $40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your expected monthly salary?
